GMC Express Savana van
DETROIT (Reuters) - General Motors Corp. is recalling 425,593 full-size passenger and cargo vans because the seat belt will not latch properly, U.S. safety regulators said.

The recall affects GM's Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana vans, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
